Capable teams. Real budgets. Leadership that wanted it to work. And still: no actual kickoff, stalled programs, missed handoffs, initiatives that never truly started or were 80% done for months.
That's the problem I solve.
I've spent 20+ years moving teams through the hard inflection points to delivery — from early-stage startups figuring out how to scale, to publicly traded companies managing enterprise-wide transformation, to state government systems serving hundreds of thousands of people. Across healthcare, fintech, legal tech, utilities, and public sector, I've led the programs and cross-functional teams that close the gap between what organizations plan and what they actually ship.
Copper Aurora Partners exists because that work is often better done from the outside. Not because outside is smarter — but because outside can see through the noise and still get stuff done.
The Name
Copper represents resilience, conductivity, and connection — the ability to move energy and ideas from one place to another. Aurora represents clarity, momentum, and new beginnings. Together, they reflect what good delivery actually looks like: grounded strength in motion.
